Chotam.io alerts you to email or Telegram when there is a new comment in your social communities. So you can quickly engage – respond to customer’s question or review, comment back or delete spam.
You can also track comments in your ad posts or influencer’s posts.
Additionally, you can track comments in competition’s communities in order to be aware what is going there, what interests similar audience, what they think of competing products.
We support sending alerts to multiple addressees, so the member of your team available now can respond, while you or others may be busy.

If applicable, what is your growth like? And what milestones has your startup achieved so far?
We’re still fairly lean small, but we’re moderately successful in Russia and growing, our December revenue y-to-y to last December is more than 2 fold.
Why did you choose this particular idea and concept to build your start-up on?
I was and still is the head of small social media agency, we had a hell of a trouble tracking comments being received in our clients social accounts/pages and decided to create this solution as we were totally not happy with existing ones.
Do you have any customer feedback on your product and/or service that you could share?
