Cloud-based all-in-one business management software for the beauty and wellness industry (spas, salons, med spas, fitness studios, and gyms). With our all-in-one solution, spa/salon/medi-spa managers are more easily able to manage all aspects of their business from managing their appointment book, billing through a POS, CRM, employee schedules and payroll, inventory, running marketing promotions, enabling online booking and online sales and more.

If applicable, what is your growth like? And what milestones has your startup achieved so far
Sudheer, prior to co-founding Zenoti, led a large part of the team that developed the Windows OS, and founded an enterprise software company (which later became SumTotal), which he helped grow to $100 million.
Why did you choose this particular idea and concept to build your start-up on?
Wanting a ‘break’, Sudheer turned his interests to wellness, which led him to launch a successful chain of health clubs, spas, and salons. He wasn’t happy with any software for his new business. Most of the software solutions were old, desktop based and weren’t designed for multi-location business. That was the inspiration behind Zenoti, a cloud-based business management software designed for multi-location businesses.
Do you have any customer feedback on your product and/or service that you could share?
“We have waited a long time to do this review as we have really taken time to grow into this very robust system. I have done other reviews on Capterra website and when something doesn’t work…I am not shy to report it. However, I have really enjoyed the solid staff at Zenoti. I like that we can communicate easily via text and also by phone when in a pinch. We have added various aspects of their system as we have grown. For example, we weren’t using the email capabilities to their full capacity nor the text campaigns until this last 9 months. We also began creating memberships over the last year that are an increasing hit here with our patients. I think that if you have a limited number of items in your inventory, then you should definitely use Zenoti. We just had way too many items and we needed one that could hook up to a scale to measure grams, etc. There are a lot of cool features in Zenoti as you dig around. I think just knowing that it will handle all of your basic aspects for services and schedule quite well is great and then knowing that as you get more familiar…after the onboarding is over, start to explore the other aspects it has to offer. All in all great product and really good people on staff. Makes me want to go to India to meet everyone!”
