VibeCatch is the most efficient way for companies of any size to measure employee engagement via mini polls.
VibeCatch is a Finnish HR technology company providing organizations with a way to measure employee satisfaction continuously and automatically. The company’s product is a software with which companies can send their employees light and easy feedback questionnaires on a weekly or monthly frequency and focus on reacting to feedback rather than collecting it.
VibeCatch was born to keep talented people happy and on board. To measure this, the usual corporate once-a-year questionnaire was clearly not enough. So one evening Arttu Ylärakkola, one of the co-founders of VibeCatch wrote a piece of code to make tracking the mood of staff a continuous and simple process.
HR is changing towards more continuous monitoring and lighter structures. We can bring some of the HR into the company with just software, even when there are no HR personnel. When you start using VibeCatch – the software will work for you: ask questions, collect and analyse the data — all you have to do is to react.
VibeCatch is aimed at all companies, but the big potential lies with large companies which rarely ask the opinions of their staff.
Employee engagement is becoming an increasingly important topic. Employers want increasingly flexible, organic ways to connect with their staff. There’s a generational shift in big legacy corporations away from conducting laborious annual surveys of their workforce, to adopting a much lighter approach to staff management and wellbeing. With VibeCatch, we give companies big and small the tools to engage continuously with their staff in a modern way.
Usually, employees have to wait their annual or biannual meeting with their management team to let know about their feelings regarding to their tasks or work. Using VibeCatch allows almost direct feedback from your staff, and the anonymity of answers allows more honest comments.
VibeCatch will also incorporate the quality of working life (QWL) survey method of leading academic Marko Kesti, from the University of Lapland, into the product in order to provide more accurate and better results. Kesti’s QWL method is the only scientifically tested job engagement survey method which can be linked to improving improving the financial performance of a company.
