What should you get your favourite neighbourhood branding / creative agency or friend this Christmas? How about a game with brands as the focus? Brand Memory Game is a new game from the BIS memory games series by Hendrik-Jan Grievink that challenges individuals to figure out what clear and identifiable brand mark characteristics belong to which company.
From the BIS Publishers site: “The challenge is to find matching pairs of a brand, based solely on their characteristic colours and style elements and a short description of the brand. Playing this game is great fun and offers an excellent test of your brand knowledge.”
Most people can identify a brand name very easily based on the logo, font or brand color alone but it can be a little bit more difficult when the name is missing and the visual hints are helpful but not overly helpful. See if you can match some of these images to their company’s:
