Collect Now is an online networking system was designed to help businesses find and hire local attorneys for invoice collection and accounts receivable recovery. The system was created to organize and connect the fragmented marketplace of collection professionals and companies requiring collection services into a searchable database that is user friendly.
When was your startup founded? And what stage is your startup currently at?:
2015. We are acquiring beta users. We are actively seeking angel investors.

Collect Now’s management team brings a wealth of expertise and proven track records necessary to ensure the rapid development and long-term success of the Company.
Robert Snellings brings to Collect Now over a decade of experience in the legal and debt collection industries. His expertise in law firm management, marketing, and business development is critical to the Company’s ability to bring the CollectNow platform to market. Robert has been a practicing collection attorney in the State of New Jersey since 2003, with a focus on debt collection.
For the past three years, Robert has run his own law firm, Snellings Law, which specializes in business-to-business debt collection. Through online techniques and analysis, he has successfully executed upon strategies in lead generation, lead qualification, communication, brand building and conversion. Robert has leveraged search engine optimization, pay-per-click, social media, and other marketing vehicles to grow the firm. He has collaborated closely with designers to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Snellings Law became profitable within one year after formation, and has experienced rapid growth. Under Robert’s management and guidance, the firm’s website has grown to generate approximately seventy leads per month (including form fill-outs, telephone calls and online chats), converting nearly 11% of those leads into clients. The client acquisition model created and implemented by Robert has led to the procurement of nearly 300 clients since the firm’s inception.
Prior to founding Snellings Law, Robert was responsible for managing the client marketing effort of Maneri and Maroulis for nearly eight years, and spearheaded the creation of that firm’s online advertising campaign.
Robert also brings deep experience in employee management, financial management, and strategic planning. He has had extensive direct interaction and experience in the use of a majority of lawyer platforms that are considered by the Company as direct competitors.
Richard Snellings brings to CollectNow a successful track record in general management, operations, strategic planning, finance and marketing.
Richard is currently Chief of the Radiology Department at Newton Medical Center (member of Atlantic Health System), where he oversees the day-to-day operations of the radiologists within the hospital. His role encompasses high-level decision making for direction of a multimillion dollar department.
Richard has significantly improved the overall efficiency of the physicians under his direction, exceeding multiple Medicare benchmarks for turnaround time and imaging utilization measurements. In addition, as a member of the hospital’s medical executive committee, Richard is involved with policy decisions related to the entire hospital and medical staff.
Richard also serves as the managing partner for a private practice radiology group in Northern New Jersey where he helps oversee a seven imaging centers with over $10 million in gross revenue. His role includes aiding in capital expenditure decisions, reviewing financials, evaluating employees, practice marketing, and strategic planning. Richard has successfully aided in negotiating contracts involving $1 million+ asset purchases.
He successfully negotiated billing service contracts that saved his company approximately $0.5 million. Currently, Richard is the lead negotiator for his practice in a multi-practice merger that will bring together over 25 physicians under a single entity. Also, in a time of continual reimbursement decreases from insurance companies and Medicare, Richard has been able to maintain company profitability by streamlining company workflow, decreasing practice expenses, and expanding company referral base.
Previously, Richard was a part owner in a CAD outsourcing business, Cad-Souring, where he helped grow annual revenues from under $100,000 to $1 million within three years. He was directly responsible for various aspects of the online marketing plan, including pay-per-click advertising, content marketing and email marketing.
Richard helped scale the company’s workload capacity, as well as increase the level of technical expertise by personally negotiating strategic partnerships with several overseas design firms. In addition, he was pivotal in locating and hiring a U.S. sales and project management team in order to scale the company’s operations.
Why did you choose this particular idea and concept to build your start-up on?:
