89% of consumers aren’t as likely to buy from companies who don’t answer their complaints. Our primary focus at What I Need is to help consumers voice their complaints and allows businesses access to consumers’ needs and wants.
With our database of consumer complaints, we facilitate the exchange of data with minimum effort from both parties. Our ideal clients are all entrepreneurs looking for their next big idea to the small and large business that needs to know what the consumer is expecting or needing from their products and service.
When was your startup founded? And what stage is your startup currently at?:
What I Need what founded in 2015. We are in the early customer/validating stage of the startup process.

What I Need, launched April 2016. We are in the process of growing our social postings and business subscribers.
Why did you choose this particular idea and concept to build your start-up on?:
What I Need was founded on the fundamental principle to provide consumers a voice to communicate their needs and wants to businesses. With that valuable information, we can provide business ways to increase their value, profits and service.
Do you have any customer feedback on your product and/or service that you could share?:
Below is some of the feedback we received when polling existing business owners, founders, and CEOs:
– 53.33% found information from other industries to be valuable to their business
– 66% were willing to pay for the information
We are continuing to request feedback to better our products and service.
